Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival in Low Season (16 Sept - 19 Dec and 6 Jan - 19 Jul), result in the forfeiture of 1 night accommodation |

Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival in High Season (20 Jul - 15 Sept) and within 30 days of arrival in Peak Season (20 Dec - 5 Jan), result in the forfeiture of 1 night accommodation |

No show without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee |

In case of early check out, a 50% charge of the total value of the remaining nights will be applied |

Special bookings for arrivals within 27 December until 3 January must be for a minimum of 5 nights stay |
